With Design Butler™ it's easy
There is no limit to the number of requests. The only limitation is the turnaround time per request. We can only execute one at a time. Requests are evaluated on a case by case basis, but if you need a massive number of requests done please contact us before submitting, and we would be glad to talk through the options with you.
Yes. As soon as the source files and exports are delivered you will own the copyright. Note that once the 15 day risk-free period (10 business days) is over we do not issue refunds after that time - for any reason. Our goal is to ensure you get fast design execution to bring your vision to reality, and we go to great lengths to ensure you are happy.
No, we don't ask you to sign any type of contract. Billing is 100% credit card pre-pay, and month-to-month. If you only have a one-time need or ad hoc projects get in touch and we'll be glad to work with you. Our rate for single design jobs is $75 USD, and it's 100% pre-pay by credit card only.
Glad you asked! We handle your day-to-day production graphic design tasks. Put simply - web, social, print, presentations, infographics and more. Here are a few examples: social media graphic design (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc), website and blog post images, banner ads, infographics, brochures, flyers, posters, t-shirts, business cards, standing banners, postcards, direct mail pieces and much more! Design Butler™ focuses on small, straightforward design requests with clear requirements and instructions provided by you (including file dimensions, final text/copy, plus any images you want us to use). We DO NOT handle large, complicated or code-driven requests such as: web site coding, email template coding, complicated layouts over 10 pages such as annual reports, vehicle wrap graphics, tradeshow booths, animation, motion or video at this time. Excellent! Design Butler™ can be used in addition to your existing designer(s). One benefit of our service is it will take some pressure off your designers' shoulders and free them up for higher vavlue activities. We always recommend that you have multiple designers and creative professionals available at all times to ensure all of your needs get met. With team members in multiple time zones we can often turn requests around faster than others.
